We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund terms carefully.

General Return Window

Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new, unused condition with original tags attached. All returns are subject to inspection before approval.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Electronics
  • Windshields
  • Seats
  • Helmets with the visor sticker removed
  • Items marked as closeout

Condition Requirements

  • Returned merchandise must be in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.
  • Items that appear used, installed, or missing tags will not be accepted as new.
  • At our discretion, a restocking fee of up to 25% may be applied to items that show signs of handling, missing packaging, or removed tags.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment used at checkout.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with documentation.
For defective items, we will do our best to assist you, but the original manufacturer is ultimately responsible for addressing product defects and warranty issues.
